Our program is built around the philosophy that as children learn how to make choices for themselves, they develop the capacity for independent learning. As they discover and create,   guided by nurturing and encouraging adults, children see their impact on the world around them and develop their own constructive, positive, vibrant identity and sense of self.   ”Relationship” is central to our work with children and families. Socialization experiences help children develop a basic awareness of themselves as individuals and as members of a group. Children are encouraged to express feelings, develop autonomy, form friendships, play imaginatively and identify interests. Teachers, well aware of their role in helping each child build their self-esteem; provide a warm, secure environment where positive learning experiences take place.
