Sinai Preschool implements a comprehensive curriculum that is designed to foster the maximum growth of each child through developmentally appropriate activities that are adapted to their interests and experiences. Classroom areas, activities and routines are designed to promote each child’s social, emotional, cognitive and physical development. Children’s self-esteem is enhanced as they learn to become adept at functioning in a democratic environment. Activities and materials are geared to children’s development and individual backgrounds so that they will be interesting and meaningful to them.  Discovery learning through play and projects are important components of Sinai’s curriculum. Children are offered a variety of learning centers and activities that develop their skills in the areas of language, math, science, art, social studies and fine and gross motor skills.

The following learning centers are available to children on a daily basis, with regular rotation of material and activities to maintain their interest and to explore new ideas:
